just spent 15 minutes doing some ab work and some cardio. i’m drenched in sweat. yuckie. should have done this while my son was sleeping so i could shower after! and i’m planning on starting the 30 day shred again. and will be signing onto myfitnesspal again.
i will need to start my weekly pictures again. think i’ll just delete all my old pictures and measurements. start afresh!

i’ve been doign terribly, so just totally ingnored this blog so i did not feel bad about being a total failure. but i am back, tracking my food today and will start the 30 day shred from day one.
